Historic and impressive. Well maintained. Great ambience. Friendly faces from the moment you walk in. We are already thinking about going back for dinner. Food came in timely fashion and presentation was lovely. There’s something unique in every corner. Fresh roses everywhere aesthetically pleasing.

Coming back every year for our anniversary. The trout was amazing and I had a bite of my wife's duck and it was delicious. The east coast scallops were my favorite part. Dessert was fantastic. Get the Churchill's old fashioned elixir it's the best drink on the menu. The scotch was excellent glenfiddich 18 yr. We will be back.

We had a wonderful dinner at Noble, located inside the Prince of Wales Hotel. The setting is elegant and romantic—perfect for a special evening. Service was top-notch: professional, friendly, and very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed—the hostess even complimented me on my dress, making us feel extra special. Our server, Frank, truly went above and beyond to ensure our third anniversary celebration was memorable. His attentive and friendly service elevated the entire evening. The ambiance of the restaurant is a perfect blend of elegance and history. The beautifully preserved decor exudes a classic charm, adding to the overall experience. One of the highlights of the evening was the live jazz performance. While we wished our table had a better view of the musicians, the music itself was a beautiful touch that enhanced the atmosphere. As for the food, everything was cooked to perfection. We started with fresh oysters and seared scallops, both of which were prepared exquisitely. For our main courses, we had the strip loin and the rainbow trout—both dishes showcased high-quality ingredients and expert execution. Dessert was a bit of a mixed experience. The brown sugar cheesecake had a great crust but was slightly dry, whereas the maple tart was absolutely delicious. Overall, the combination of excellent service, delicious food, and the elegant historical setting made for a truly special evening. Despite the minor issue with our table’s view of the performance, the live jazz added a wonderful touch. We would absolutely return for another memorable night at the Noble Restaurant.

We had a wonderful breakfast at Noble for my 40th birthday in March 2025. Frank E. was our waiter. He was very friendly, attentive and offered excellent service. Cannot wait to return in the future! We also had two dinners here and it was honestly some of the best food we have ever had!

Frank was our server and he was a delight. The food, from the apps to the desserts everything was spot on and delicious. Nice place to go for a romantic date night dinner.

Amazing service by Graham and delicious food! The fish was very tender and flavourful. They also grow their own herbs which is a nice touch.

Graham was excellent providing feedback and recommendations the entire evening. Tight locally inspired menu with great flavour and variety. Amazing interior with beautiful paintings, sculptures and crown moulding. Highly recommended for romantic dinners.
